    Win a Round Trip Ticket to Bali!

    Referrers of candidates who are successfully hired and complete 90 days of employment will be eligible to win a round trip ticket to Bali.

    Conditions and Clauses

    1. Time Frame: Referrals must be submitted during the active referral period, which runs from July 10th, 2024 to August 10th 2024 
    2. Eligibility Period: The referred candidate must be hired and complete 90 days of continuous employment for the referring employee to be eligible for the incentive
    3. Multiple Referrals: If multiple referrers refer to the same candidate, the incentive will be awarded to the referrer who submitted the referral first
    4. Round Trip Ticket: The round-trip ticket to Bali will be ex-Melbourne, ex-Sydney. ex-Perth, ex-Bangalore, or ex-Singapore. The air travel tickets will be economy class. Choice of airline will be subject to availability. Winners will be notified within 30 days after the referred candidate completes the 90-day employment period. The winner can choose from 3-predefined travel dates. Tickets will be processed within 30 days from the receipt of tentative travel dates
    5. Exclusions: Temporary, contract, and intern positions are excluded from the referral program unless otherwise specified

    Timeline

    1. Referral Submission Period:  July 10th, 2024 to August 10th 2024 
    2. Candidate Evaluation Period: Up to 4 weeks from the date of referral submission
    3. Incentive Disbursement: Within 30 days after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment
