Job Description

As the Salesforce Talent Acquisition and Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new talent for our Salesforce Analytics and MuleSoft solutions. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and optimizing resource allocation across various projects to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and hiring plans
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Resource Management
  • Monitor and manage the allocation of resources across projects to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain a comprehensive resource database and track resource availability and utilization
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and effective assignment of resources
  • Identify and address resource gaps and potential conflicts to ensure project timelines are met
  • Provide regular reports and updates on resource allocation and utilization to senior management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and resource management, preferably in IT
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and resource management principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in using HR and resource management software/tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 5+ Years of experience
